East St Paul Community Club Announces:

Annual General Meeting and Elections

The East St Paul Community Centre will be holding its Annual General Meeting and Elections on ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Sunday, October 20th, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the 266 Hoddinott Road, upstairs hall.  Nominations for all executive positions will be open for nominations and elections on September 19^th, 2024.  All nominations will be accepted at ESPCC. ca. The positions are as follows:

All positions are for a 2-year term.

Treasurer

Sport Directors

Baseball Director
Hockey Director

Soccer Director

All positions will take effect immediately following the AGM. Outgoing members will be asked to assist in the transition of responsibilities through the month of November.

All nominations must be submitted using the online Nomination form by October12^th, 2024. Nominations from the floor at the meeting will only take place if a position does not have any nominated candidates before October 13^th, 2024.
