AGM Announcement

All positions will take effect immediately following the AGM. Outgoing members will be asked to assist in the transition of responsibilities through the month of November.

All nominations must be submitted using the online Nomination form by October13^th, 2025. Nominations from the floor at the meeting will only take place if a position does not have any nominated candidates before October 13^th, 2025.

A full list of nominated candidates will be available on-line on October 1st, 2025 at ESPCC.ca.
