Rules and Forms

Team Rosters *IMPORTANT*

  1. Teams are required to provide a League or District approved team roster.  This is a copy of what you would normally submit to a referee during a league game.
  2. Teams are required to complete the on-line tournament roster. This will be the roster that will be stamped at check-in and is used for games throughout the tournament.
    1. It cannot exceed the total number of players approved on the official team roster that is used by teams for regular league play.
    2. Guest players are to be on this roster copy.  Guest player rules are outlined in the 'Tournament Rules' under the tab above.
